I'm guessing it is poly since that seems the be what most rolled pipe is. It is 1.375 to 1.380 OD. So what would the ID be? I'd think an ID of 1.25 would leave a very thin wall.

Yes you can, but its not new stuff and only 4 foot long is exposed it has no information on it.Typically you can find the information on the outside of the pipe. Not sure what the question actually is
