Blank Options Unavailable

I never had this problem untill we installed NX2. In NX1 today I was going through a die making sure all the taps are in the shoe, blanking and unblanking, yada yada, then suddenly all of my blank options werent available. Since I dont have the detail numbers memorized I really dont want to use the ant to blank/unblank everything. The only way I have found to fix the problem is to restart UG, does anyone know a way to fix this without restarting UG? I did part cleanup and all that bull and the problem remained.

This just happened once or is something that is recurring over & over?
