Blast loads for GRP tanks - reg

For one of the Offshore project, for the Foam storage tank , GRP material is proposed. the tank dia is approx 4 metres and height around 6 metres ( capacity is 50 m3). We are also informing the vendors that Blast loads are applicable for the tank. Whether GRP tanks can withstand Blast loads? In general, if it is applicable, as vendor, what are the changes that are normally expected in the design of these tanks. These tanks are to comply with EN-13121. Thanks to clarify.
