Blast resistant structure

Looking at the possibility of doing some design work for a blast resistant room within a larger structure. Based on my readings from FM Global and NFPA, I will have three hardened walls (reinf conc) and the exterior wall will be blow off panels.

My question is, is there any source of guidance for how to handle penetrations for pipes, elec cables, etc through the walls?
