Blast wave analysis on composite plate using Finite Element tools

Hello guys,
I developed a sandwich composite material with ceramic on one side numerically and provided with blast load using the CONWEP model along the side of ceramic using ABAQUS Explicit analysis. In that, I need to know how much pressure is taken by the composite plate which is kept behind the ceramic plate. Provide me with some ideas to be done to find the pressure on the composite plate.

please post a picture of this plate.
perhaps look at the stresses in the composite to back out the pressure level.
if you have contact elements between the ceramic and composite you can output the contact forces.

If there's a contact between them, check the contact pressure (CPRESS). Otherwise, if there's only CONWEP acting on that plate, use the IWCONWEP output variable.
