Silicone and nitrile each have their own characteristic properties, but are generally not compatible to blend with each other due to very different solubility characteristics, meaning they don't mix.
 
Would add to what CPro said, I don't think it's possible to make a good adhesive bond of the two rubbers either.
 
yes, silicon can be blended with other elastomers such as fluorocarbon, ethylene propylene, and fluorosilicon and these blends definitely improve resistance to heat, oil, and fuel, etc. Personally, I prefer silicon, HNBR, and PTFE Coated O Rings.
