Hi, BMS 8-381 is "Resin coated fabrics used for lightweight duct construction meeting flame propagation requirements"

Per the QPL, the manufacturer is J.D. Lincon Inc, 851 W. 18th Street, Costa Mesa, CA. with product designation L-728-285A and L-728-220A.
