board room table design

I have been charged with designing the members for a board room table that was designed by our interior department. The frame work is no problem. The table top, however, cantilevers 3'-0" all around the table. Where can I find design values for plywood?

Not sure where you would find the values but you will probably need something at least 26mm thick.
