Bold Lines In Partial Sect View

I have a partial section view (b-b) that, when printed, shows bold lines. No other views print this way. Not even another partial section view (c-c). When I hover my cursor over the drawing view a "lightning bolt" symbol is shown. Has anyone seen this before?

The "Lightning bolt" represents a Draft View.
