Bolt Sequence in Workbench

Goal: I would like to model 4 bolts being tightened down in sequence on a flange.

Problem: The first sequence returned an expected stress result but sequence 2-4 (simulating bolts 2-4 being torqued down) leave a resultant stress of nearly zero. It seems to me that the stress results from each sequence is based on the sequence before it rather than the starting inital condition of the flange.
Does anyone know how to fix this situation?

I think that at this time bolt load feature in Workbench does not allow sequential bolt loading. However same can be done in Classical ANSYS.

Thanks,

Which version of workbench are you using? How do you apply the loading sequence within workbench?

I am currently using workbench 9.0.

When you select the environment tab there is a drop down window that appears that allows you to select between static, sequence, and harmonic. From there you can add sequences and customize them to simulate your bolting sequence. Sorry about the slow response time.
