Fareh,

I used gas torch to cut the plate for dismantling purpose.

I use plasma during fabrication of bottom plate and roof plate.

It is correct the size of the piece that need to be cut its depend on your lifting equipments/gears.

fareh,

Size of plate is really just a matter of local practicality - how big is your crane, how much room have you for laydown and further cutting and how big are your trucks taking this stuff away?

you want to remove the walls in layers, probably no fewer than three for a tank this big to still give the tank some rigidity whilst it is being cut apart.

Remember - More details = better answers

Hi Fareh. We will have almost same project. We are still in document submittals for preliminary approval. In any case do you have Method Statement for dismantling the tank? Im trying to get one.
