Bolting connections to concrete reduction factors

When we have a group of anchors to concrete, do we typically applied the spacing reduction factor for each bolt around the bolt in question? For example:
If I have 5" spacing between three bolts, with a specing factor 0.75 for this spacing, then the capacity of the middle bolt would be = 0.75*0.75*(Unreduced capacity)... Is that correct?
