I'm having problems in finding the recommended temperature ratings for the following bolts; note that I've downloaded the applicable ASTM documents, but found only vague information:

N Drawing ASTM Material Head Marking

N14 A354 Gr BD Alloy Steel 6 Radial Lines
N14A A193 Gr B8M Cl2 AISI 316 B8M

Also, is there any standard definition for the range of temperature ratings?

Yes, depending on the specific application. For example, ASME B31.1 Power Piping, Appendix A, Table A-2 provides a listing for bolts, nuts and stud material that included allowable stress and service temperature.

ASTM A 193 B8M Class 2, the maximum temperature for use in flanged joints is 750 deg F.

ASTM A 354 Grade BD, the maximum temperature is 650 deg F.
