Book on Lubrication of gears and gearboxes

Can anyone here recommend a good book to purchase that goes into details on the lubrication of gearboxs. Typical information I would like include the following: -

Functions/ requirements of an oil.
The different additives of an oil and reasons for their uses.
How does changing the oil properties effect the operating conditions of a gearbox.
Properties of a oil needed to optimise a specific gearbox characteristic(eg. load carrying ability, cooling or reduced losses).
The oil properties need to reduce/ prevent specific problems in a gearbox (e.g overheating, tooth pitting, tooth scuffing).

Basically I would like to improve my knowledge on gearbox lubrication generally. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
