Books Tutorials any suggestions 1

I've read a few reviews on some textbooks for wildfire 2.0, not happy with the reviews. Any suggestions here for a good text to learn wildfire (and has fewest mistakes)?

I've went through the online tutorials for new and old users, but feel there is much missing. Also, I'm old school; reading a hardcopy of text is easier than on the monitor with a bunch of other windows open.

The books by Roger Toogood are very well written, IMO. My first experiences with Pro/E (2000i2 and 2001) were based on his textbooks. They aren't really 'click here, click there' style books, and his approach seems to engage the reader to discover the features of the software, not just repeat a series of steps.

But there were a few negative reviews posted at Amazon.com... Too many mistakes in book and other stuff.
Also, the beginners book is out of print. Can't order it from barnes and noble and other bookstores. What do you think? Are they good tutorials as well as good references?
