We are installing a machine that requires 23 holes bored 10" in diameter 12" deep for the placement of a hooked type anchor bolt, which when in place will have grout pored into the hole. Some how, the rebar was no place in the correct position
and on some of the bored holes, the rebar is exposed, they did not cut the rebar. The anchor bolts will be installed on the equipment, lowered into position, and a preliminary leveling done. If we cannot get the anchor bolts into the holes while
lowering the machine, we will need to cut the rebar that in exposed. What affect will this have on the concrete?
