Good morning all,

I am looking for a Boring Log spreadsheet for a Standard Penetration Test (SPT) or a Dynamic Cone Penetrometer Test.. I prefer an excel spreadsheet that has all formulas and graphs built in, but am also ok with software. It is extremely rare that I need it, so not worth spending a lot of money for a fancy software, but I don't mind spending a little..

Thank you for your help.

Borehole logs are typically produced using Bentley Gint or PLog. They use the depths and testing results to graphically make scaled logs. I have not seen an excel template for anything other than a blank borehole log for field recordings. Back in the earlier days of borehole logs I have seen the testing results section use a dense gridline plot to accurately display the results.

Usually gINT or coreGS. The only time I've seen excel spreadsheets is newly opened one man geotech consultancies - you'd need to make your own in the case.
