Borrowed License: IGES translator not available.

I'm using a portable license from my employer to work at home. When I try to IGES a file, I get a message "No license available for selected translator".
I know the download for the "borrowed" license included Translators. Do I need to activate the translator somehow?

Hi,

Did you install translators? Translators mostly are instaled independent, but are included on this same cd.

Yes, the translators were installed. After the license expired the first time, I made sure the translators were installed on the second loading.
