I WANT TO DESIGN A BOTTLE THAT IS NOT ROUND. THE BASE IS RECTANGLE AND THE TOP IS ELLIPSE.
I DONT HAVE A FOTO TO ATTACH.
SO I NEED A SAMPLE PART OF A BOTTLE DESIGNED WITH SURFASES TO GET AN IDEA HOW TO DESIGN IT.

There are many ways to attack this problem. To get the best answer a better description will be needed. Maybe a scan of a hand sketch.

Attached is a example that matches your description but uses no freeform surfaces.

Chances are someone will not just give a model like that up - lots of hours can go into creating something like the bottle that you show.

This is really a surfacing job and would take more time than one is willing to devote here. It isn't the most difficult thing I've ever encountered but it takes some time to do well and probably involves a certain amount of problem solving along the way.
