Boundary condition on the centerline 1

Hello,

An Abaqus/CAE problem here. I am working on a pipe, and the load is defined by displacement of a point on the pipe's center line. How can I add such a boundary condition?

Hi Imuri,
if the load is defined, for istance, by elbow end displacement, you may use a kinematic coupling between the nodes of the end section and a referncfe node defined previuosly along the elbow axis. Then you can use the reference node for all the loads (force/displacement) you want to impose to the elbow.
