Brake disk thermal analysis in Solidworks - problem

Hello,
I have an issue with thermal analysis of brake disk in Solidworks (2018).

I've done everything like in this tutorial:

But as a result I get themperatures below zero degrees Celsius, despite setting initial temperature to 20 deg Celsius.

Has anybody any Idea why? It's totally against common sense.

In ANSYS, the results are much more logical, but I have only access to the academic licence so I'm limited with number of finite elements, and this numbber is not sufficient.

BTW: It's not a school project, I have an access to the academic Ansys licence thanks to the courtesy of my friend.

Recommended for you

Make sure that all temperatures are defined with correct units. Check the value of ambient temperature in convection boundary condition.
 
The coarse mesh could be the problem. In thermal analysis you will get oscillations when a stability limit is violated.

Google for 'Courant number' or 'CFL condition' if you want to know more about it.
 
@FEA way - I've tried both Kelvin and Celsius units, but thank you for an advice - I'll try again.

@Mustaine3 - thank you, I'll read about this, at least I know what to look for.
