Brass 59-1A?

I am working with a supplier in China that is using what they call a Brass 59-1A. I have a composition material cert. sheet showing the following:

Cu 57.308
Pb 1.896
Al 0.352
Fe 0.496
Cd 0.0071
Zn Balance

I have searched all over to find a comparable brass in a US standard, but have come up empty. I am looking for material properties and something to hold them to. Anyone heard of this designation?

How close do you need to be ? Isn't C37700 or C37710 close enough ??

I was basically looking for a US standard that this material is supposed to match so that I can hold them to it. They replied with a standard of ASTM C37800, but the copper.org website says this was cancelled in 1992. What exactly does this mean when it is cancelled? It's still a standard that I can hold them to isn't it?
