how to break down or remove even a destructive way to remove
GIFHDPE = Gas-injected Foam High-Density Polyethylene or

GIFPE = Gas-injected Foam Polyethylene

Is there any chemical reaction that can be used? any other technique has been known to convert this to powder liquid or gas?

Remove it from what object?
The object comprises what material(s)?
I.e., would a blast of steam or LN2 bother it?
How about a few minutes under a heat lamp, or air from a heat gun?

How is the foam adhered?
PE doesn't normally stick to anything, so your question is interesting/odd.

Thank you for your reply
The fact my Q looks odd I agree - but it has a real application
The fact Foam Polyethylene is used inside coaxial cable we want to remove or convert it to powder /liquid or gas
then it can be removed.
The question should have been more clear I agree

You do not say what you application is. Years ago to salvage the copper we used to just burn the coax, shake off the ashes and send the rest to the scrap merchant.
