Right mouse button on the view and select properties, go to the display tab and go to where you see a section check marked and uncheck. If you have other section views you will have to be careful which ones you uncheck.
I think you want to get rid of the 'Broken out' rather than
the section view then
- RMB on the view that contains the broekn out
- select properties
- tab --> General
- checkmark 'Show broken out section view'
- OK
now the broken out view boundry will show up and can be
deleted or modified
