broken view dimension

hi guys,

When i was trying to dimenion a view with the broken view the dimension was getting modified, Can any of you guys suggest how can i maintain the original dimension even after breaking the view without using a fake dimension.

What version of Catia you are using?

I remember to seeing this if the dimension was attached to a view axis (h- or v-axis) instead of geometry.

Are you using intersection point creation if you are don't. Using intersection points across a break will give you the 2D distance

i tried with intersectin point also, but the result was the same, i.e dimension was getting modified
