Brushless motor as Generator

Gentlemen:

I am looking for In-expensive Brushless motors, 3 phase, two ball bearings to be used as generators.

Step-motors will do as well.

Maybe two phase.

Power : 20 to 100 wats and may be higher.
RPM :Below 3000 , without gears.
Voltage : greater than 12 volts, up to 100 volts,

Cost is critical, volume may be several thousands a year, after 2 years of initial marketing efforts.

Shape is not important, though water tight is desired.

You are looking at a very large motor. This type of setup develops moderate voltage with little current in a stock form.

Sounds like a car alternator. Automotive mas market is going to be cheap. Just remove the diodes and regulator. Pretty sure these can produce 100V at under 3K rpm.

A car alternator is not an alternative, it has slip rings, but if you know of the one without slip rings that are PMG ( Permanent Magnet Generator) please send the info.

Please explain your message and why it is a large motor,

I have used small 3 phase brushless motors that produced about 100 watts at 2400 RPM that were 5 inch diameter by 4 inch long, unhappily they are not produced anymore.
