What is the procedure for Mechanical Design of Bubble tight leak dampers? What are there designing codes and Is there any software available for Design?

You may be forced into considering a circular cross section in order to use commercially available large butterfly valves...

Oh, wait ..... the rectangular ductwork has already been installed, right ???

Is there any method of how to design their key components like flange width and thickness, hub length, shaft dia etc?
