I am in the middle of obtaining a CSA shop designation for our fab shop. One of the items I need to complete to finalize is a test project.
I am looking at building a blow off separator for steam boilers and need help in 2 areas.
1. I am looking for information or someone to help design the vessel.
2. Some one who can perform all of the code calculations.
Design:
CSA B51.1
AMSE Section IX
150 psi MAWP
500 F MAWT
We want the vessel to be built out of 14" A53 grade B sch 40, End caps will be 14" sch 40, vent outlet 6" flanged, drain 4" flanged, blow off inlet 2", 1/4" pressure gauge tapping, and 2 2" inspection openings
Any help would be appreciated
