I am attempting to pressurize a control room and have not been able to find a formula to calculate the amount of air need to pressureize a space. Can anyone help me?

You should work backwards in order to achieve a defined static pressure in the control room. Determine how much static pressure you need in the room and then select a ventilation fan that provides the amount of total pressure needed including pressure losses in the ducts.
