Bulk storage of LPG to locally fill fork lift truck bottles

Can any one help me i have a client who wishes to charge fork lift truck lpg bottles from a local bulk storage tank.
I would be grateful if someone can enlighten me as to the actual equipment and pipework installation requirements for this installation.

There are many vendors who produce skid mounted or package units for this applciation.
