Is there a documented procedure for determining the bulking of fine aggregates at various moisture contents?

it is just a simple test, use a container of known volume, start with 0% water content increase water stepwise in increment of 1-2%, then determine the density of the sand. plot the water content versus density. compute the bulking at different moisture content using the established moisture-density relationship.
