Bushing Bonding on a Pullbox

Hi all,

In the attached photo, power and control cables PASSES through with no splicing or exposed cores. The upper portion of the pull box have all the cable entry bushings bonded to the Pull Box. The bottom bushings are not and they are not listed for equipment bonding.

My question is, do we need to have the bottom bushings bonded the same way as the top? I find it an overkill to bond all the bottom bushings as the cables are just "passing through".

Your opinion on the matter and any narrative as why we don't need or need are highly appreciated.

Thanks

By the way, the "bushings" at the box are actually cable glands. We were thinking of using earth tags and cut them to a "fork-tongue" shape. But aren't cable glands maintain the continuity of the armor or shield within the gland itself? In this case, single point grounding at the top will be adequate as the ground fault from within will travel through the armor and into the bushing?
