My email address got pulled by the forum administrators as a spam risk. I had a good email conversation with them and hope they get their Private Messaging option going to achieve similar ends.
In the meantime, about the only good way to request the manual would be to call our main Kansas City number, which you can find on the website linked above, and ask to be transferred to Al Harrold. We'll then trade email information directly so that I can send the file out.
Klutzy and not near as efficient as the other approach, but will certainly slow the trolls down.
