We are using demineralized water for cooling. The system is working fine, but we have a problem during the winter season because we don't have good heating in the room. The temperature may fall till -15C. Usually the radiator units crack. Is it possible to use water-glycol solution to protect the system from freezing?

Of course you can, and should. Antifreeze is not just for freeze protection. It is also needed for corrosion control. DI water is generally considered to be very corrosive.

I'm asking this because when I asked the service they said not to use anything else only demineralized water. He said they had some problems with other liquids... For me the biggest problem is freezing at winter time.

You should be able to use glycol, however check with the chiller manufacturer, or machine manufacturer. Depending on the concentration, Glycol can reduce the heat transfer and could cause cooling or water flow issues.
