bystronic laser problem with Dos CNC90 control

Good evening everyone. We have a problem on Bystronic Bystar lasers with CNC90 control. The computer starts the dos, the CNC90 Bystronic screen appears, all the keyboard LEDs light up and the menu page appears. After a few seconds the error message "time-out check interface" appears and the pc stops responding. Do you have any advice? Thank you all. I attach video of the screen.
