CAD ADMINISTRATOR/STYLE LIBRARY

Can anyone help me with my style library? I want to create some new material styles and the style editor is only "read only". IV9 help says only the CAD Administrator can change the style library. My question is...how do I become the CAD Administrator?

In the project file you need to the style library to yes in order to make changes. the default in read only
