Cadkey Prt. file conversion utility

I have old Cadkey Prt. files made with version 1.4E. Need to convert to version 5-19 format. I tried cadtov4 and cadutil (the only two available in my versions of cadkey)with no success. Looking for cadto355 and any other known conversion utilities. Thanks.
