Calculate for fuel tank exposures surface

Status

Hi to all,
I'm a project engineer working in Chile and need to know some reference for calculating "fuel exposures surface" for diesel and gasoline vertical tanks. I had hear than exposed surface for a vertical fuel tank is the distance between quote "0" of the tank and 10 meters in high from the floor. It's that correct? Someone has a document code reference from where I can check?
Thanks
Carlos Giani from Chile

Is this tank under pressure or atmospheric?
It could be API 650 (atmospheric) or ASME VIII

Gracias
