I would like know, if a method exists to determine the capacity of the seal water system.

I know the output temperature ( set-point)
and I also know the pressure and the input temperature.

Not sure if it is easy or possible to calculate as it depends on the piping configuration which is difficult to model. The flow is just 1 gpm or so. See the attached paper.
