Calculating Closing opening times of pneumatic actuators in combination with solenoid valves

Hello,

does somebody have a simple calculation solution for calculating the closing time of the below mentioned single acting (spring to close) pneumatic actutator
in combination withe a norgren solenoid valve

the pneumatic actuator is a Air-torque actuator type SC00600-4 (spring to close)
supply pressure is 4 bar
(for detail information see Attachment)

The solenoid has a flow of 340 l/hour
