How to find the cooling rate in welding using Abaqus Subroutine for incorporating the fraction of Martensite due to phase transformation

You can use the USDFLD subroutine to define additional field variables, such as cooling rate.

You mean we should incorporate the thick/thin cooling rate equation in USDFLD and pass the same to UEXPAN as STATEV

I tried calculating the heating/cooling rate by DTEMP/DTIME using USDFLD, but I am not sure about the working of DTIME.
