Calculating Heat Load

I am trying to determine needs for a room to be converted from lab space to clean room space. I need to determine the HVAC requirements so I can hopefully add on to an existing zone without overloading it. It is a class 100,000 room 45% RH 2309 ft^3. The air is 75% recirc. It will contain one 15.3 ft^3 autoclave and probably two people. What do I need to do next?

I would have to know if you are using Fan powered HEPAS or ducted filters. Then what is your room design temp., are there humidity requirements? What kind of work will the workers be doing, what activity level? Let me know and I will work it up for you.

I see you need 45RH. But I would need to know geographic location and ft2 besides ft3.

Here are details:
Location: Maryland
Room Ft2: 289
Room Temp: 68 F
RH: 45%
Room Changes: Classification of room still undecided..
either 24 changes/hr or 50 changes/hr. (I should calculate both but I am assuming 24/hr for now)

We are using Ducted Hepa Filters. (exhaust fans on roof)
This room is basically being used as an Equipment wash room with two people and autoclave working 24/7. (moderate activity)
