Is there a way to calculate (or guestimate) how long it should take for air to be removed from a 7000L vessel based on requirement to flush with 10 vessel volumes, a supply pressure of 1.3 barg through 1.5 inch, a bottom run off pipe of 2 inch diameter leading to drain? Thanks

What flow rates are available?
That is what you need to consider.

Hi, I have worked out that the mass flowrate at 1.3 bar from the steam pressure regulator would be around 106 kg/h for DN25.
