Calculation for legs welded to a pipe cap 1

Good Morning Everyone,

I have been studying the Megyesy Handbook and forums on here on how to calculate legs such as the picture below.

Please ignore the orange selection box. I am only using this image to represent the legs.
I am not seeing how to calculate this scenario.
I did make an attempt to mock a leg up in compress as a nozzle and apply WRC loadings to it, but after the fact, I do not believe I am displaying the forces correctly.

Can someone please point me in the right direction.
