calculation of AHU

Dear sir,
there is one room having the detail as;
length 20 ft
breadth 12 ft
height 8 ft
humidity load 5 lt /hr
now my question is the TR of AHU for this particular room is calculated 2TR
whereas i am not getting the results .
willyou please suggest whereI am wrong in calculations.

As per your requirement the detail is as
Infileration Load 3.63lt/hr
human load 1.5625Lt/hr
Ventilation load 0.2136
Door load 180CMH
Nowas per your requirement my final output requirement for AHU is 2 ton RH40% ACH40 for capsule section and the area is already given.
Hope both of you will find this inorder and my problem will be solved.

From what you have presented in your post your error would appear to be that you do not have sufficient information to perform any meaningful calculation.

From your input information, your error appears to be that you haven't hired an Engineer familiar with HVAC. Don't try to bootstrap this.

I might want parameters such as:
Outdoor design temperature.
Indoor design temperature.
Internal loads
Wall and roof conductivity.
Amount of ventilation and infiltration.
Fenestration details.
And probably a few others as well.
