Hi everyone, i need some help to calculate some mill efficiency parameters
for instance the energy consumption in a feedmill for a 3 phase generator , by knowing the Pellet ampere value.

given the value that i know
Pellet AMP = 14.04
throughput of 15.22 MT per hour
what is the Energy consumption per KwH/MT?

thank you so much?

what is the formula i can use in excel to calculate it?
thanks

I don't think you are providing the needed parameters. Do some more research, call some vendors, look for data presented like the following table.

If it takes 14A produce one (1) pellet then it must be a very short time and likely many pellets at the same time sharing the same current.

In order to compute energy per Pellet you must know the Watt-second product or voltage-amp-second product and assuming all 3 phases are balanced and averaged over time.

In order to compute energy density , you must know pellet density per tonne

Also its kWh / tonne not KwH/MT (only namesake abbreviations are capitalized on their own W=Watt)
Mt = megatonne MT is not the official abbrv for metric tonne , it's actually Mg, megagram
