Calculation of flange acc. to 2-4(9), pipe wall considered
to act as a unit with the flange.
Is it OK to calculate the flange/pipe unit as an optional integral flange even though there isn´t a full penetration weld between the pipe and flange, using loadings and dimensions acc. to fig. 2-4(7).
Weld dimensions at face acc. to fig. 2-4(9) and back of flange acc. to fig. 2-4(8).
Fillet weld at back of flange considered to act as a hub (dimensions:h&g1)

The code says that flanges fabricated as per 2-4(9) may be designed as integral flanges using the sketch 2-4(7). Even if the weld is partial penetration, as shown on the sketch 2-4(9).
The fillet weld at the back of the flange, together with the pipe wall thickness are acting as a hub (h, g1 and g0), so you got it right.
