Calibration Tag for PRDevice

Please Does anybody Knows about what codes talk about the required information in the Maintenance calibration Name plate?
The testing facility I work with delivers the repaired / calibrated device with a name plate, shall it show the CDTP or the operating conditions set pressure or both?
Is there any information written about this in any code?
What does others testing facilities do?
