I am learning Solid Edge 2d for my business. I have drawings with callouts in .dft format that look just how I want. I bring the arrows down to .5 size - but for some reason, when I save the document as .dxf and open it, the callouts are in the wrong position, and just ONE of the arrows is .5 - no matter how many times I change it, it will not apply it. Any tips?

terribly sorry I am in the wrong forum please ignore. Not a professional. Thank you.

What program are you using to open up the dxf file?

Even creating a dxf from SE, then opening to check the translations using SE will cause minor formatting glitches.

I am using SE to open it up.

So this is normal? When someone opens it in AutoCAD will they view it properly?

Not necessarily. That's why whenever I send stuff as dxf I always send a pdf print too so they can see what it should be.

I've had similar problems opening dxf made by other systems.

Oh ok! Thats too bad.

What product suite are you using for saving Adobe pdf images?

Currently have cute pdf, formerly used pdf995 share which you can get a free version of.
