Can anybody check this simple model for errors?

it's in hmascii file, it's a simple 3-part cube and i can't get it translated to work in some custom program. can anybody check it (prefferably with the hypermesh) if there are any errors?
i tried opening it in amira viewer, but it fails at closedness test.

as soon as possible would be nice, so that i can resume test.

Yes, the error is there are two tria3 elements with id "11". Looking at the id ordering in the file, I'm guessing the duplicate should have an id of "21" instead of "11".
